She is the first to show up even when weather is not in our favour, confidential when I shared personal restrictions or pregnancy with her, I was able to keep practicing yoga safely in those early weeks. Isla always makes sure everyone is in proper form to get the most out of their practice, feeling comfortable to enjoy the time. Youth School Program
